Group or regular tours
Departure 365 days a year, the program can be modified from order to customer request. The order and schedules of the programs or excursions may vary according to availability or weather factors. 2, 3 and 3 star superior program will travel to Machupicchu by Expedition or Executive train. The 4 and 5 star programs will travel to Machupicchu by Vistadome panoramic train.
Private tours
The program can also be quoted privately, these are ideal for those who want a more personalized service where the schedules of the tours can be flexible, the tours and tours can be adapted according to the client's preference.
Travel document
To board in Peru it is necessary to carry a passport with 6 months of validity, or original RG identity card, DNI or NIE depending on the place of origin with less than 10 years of use and in good condition, it is not allowed to enter Peru with a license driving and others.
Reservations to visit Machu Picchu (Tickets)
The Ministry of Culture of Peru together with UNESCO establishes a daily number of visitors for the visit of Machu Picchu (2,500) and the purchase of the ticket guarantees the passenger's vacancy, so we request your personal data at the time of booking, as full name, passport or RG, DNI or NIE nationality, date of birth of each passenger.
Currently there are 02 shifts for visits to the Sanctuary of Machupicchu.
First shift is from 06:00 to 12:00
Second shift from 12:00 to 17:30
Document for the entrance to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
We inform that to enter Machu Picchu you need to carry your passport or identity card, RG, DNI or NIE, according to the documentation that you send to make your travel reservation.
About the entrance to Huayna Picchu or Mountain.
The entrance to Huayna Picchu is an optional service for people who want to take a walk where they can better appreciate the landscape of Machu Picchu, it only has capacity for 200 people per shift and per day, the spaces are reserved with a lot of anticipation, it is advisable make your reservation in advance and thus be able to ensure your entry.

Luggage allowed TRAIN TO MACHU PICCHU
- A bag or backpack with a maximum weight of 5 kg
- 62 linear inches / 157cm (height + length + width).
- If you have a night in the town of Aguas Calientes, the luggage will remain in custody at the Hotel in the city of Cusco.
Date changes
In case of change of travel date by the passenger, there is no cost if it is done in advance, subject to availability and policies of the hotels and suppliers.
Cancellation
If an annulment is received up to and including 30 days before the date of arrival in Peru or the start of the contracted service, the trip deposit will be fully refundable minus 25% for administrative expenses of the total trip.
If a cancellation is received 29-16 days before the date of arrival or start of the contracted service, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the contracted price.
No refund will be granted if the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the arrival date or the start of the contracted service.
If a last minute sale is made and a refund will be requested later, the penalty applied will be 100% of the contracted price.
The non-presentation of the passenger (s) will result in the total loss of the contracted service without the right to any refund.
Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of the services contracted during the excursion, will not have the right to any refund.
Certain services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure, acts of God, riots, demonstrations or strikes, etc. or others outside the control of hotels, airlines, service providers or Peru Viajes or its associates. No refunds will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.
Responsibility
In all the arrangements of Peru Viajes acts on behalf and order of our clients, organizing in their name the means of transport, accommodation or other tourist services required, for which we do not assume responsibility in case of accidents, losses, delays or interference with the tours for reasons of force majeure or other events that do not involve our responsibility, especially with regard to programs and schedules.
Important
Our Company is not responsible for illnesses, physical and / or mental disabilities, contracted that may endanger the health or integrity of the passenger or third parties during the development of the contracted tour, or that imply limitation or impediment to the provision of our travel services.
Therefore, the Company will NOT recognize any claim or refund for the aforementioned concepts, including cases where under normal conditions no problem is manifested.
We request that you inform us prior to contracting our services of the existence of any limitation of this nature, in order to recommend specific services that contemplate said impediments.
Legal framework
Both parties agree that this contract is entered into in accordance with Peruvian laws.
