All rates are quoted in US dollars. Tour program rates are per person, based on double or matrimonial occupancy, unless otherwise specified. Rates are based on the quote provided for the requested hotels.

RATES
Programs are carefully planned; however, operational reasons may necessitate changes to the order of activities or the specified route. While such instances are rare, the itinerary should generally be viewed only as a basic guide.
The order and timing of programs or excursions in each city may vary depending on availability or weather conditions.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
Flight schedules and flight numbers are subject to change by the airline up until the date of travel.
BOOKINGS
No booking shall be considered confirmed until written confirmation is issued and the agreed-upon amount has been paid by the traveler or the intermediary agency handling the purchase. Additionally, in certain special cases—even after the required deposit has been made—booking confirmation may be subject to delay or conditions due to local regulations or specific service provider policies.

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing, including all relevant information, and will be processed immediately.

If a cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to the arrival date in Peru or the start of the booked service, the trip deposit is fully refundable, less a 20% administrative fee based on the total trip cost.
If a cancellation is received between 29 and 16 days prior to the arrival date or the start of the booked service, the refund is subject to a penalty of 50% of the contracted price.
No refund will be granted if the cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to the arrival date or the start of the booked service.
In the event of a last-minute booking followed by a refund request, a penalty of 100% of the contracted price will apply.
Failure of the passenger(s) to appear (no-show) will result in the total loss of the booked service, with no right to a refund.
Similarly, no refund will be granted for the cancellation or withdrawal from booked services once the excursion has commenced.
Certain services may be interrupted or cancelled due to weather conditions, *force majeure*, acts of God, civil unrest, demonstrations, strikes, or other events beyond the control of hotels, airlines, service providers, Perú Viajes, or its associates. No refunds will be issued for interruptions or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
CUSTOM AND STANDARD PROGRAMS
LIABILITY
In all arrangements, Perú Viajes acts on behalf of and under the instruction of our clients, organizing the required transportation, accommodation, or other tourism services in their name. Consequently, we assume no liability for accidents, losses, delays, or tour disruptions caused by *force majeure* or other events beyond our control, particularly regarding itineraries and schedules.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
It is the traveler's responsibility to comply with all visa and health requirements for the country. The Agency is not liable for delays, illnesses, or costs resulting from the traveler's failure to meet the aforementioned requirements. Travelers must carry all necessary documents and identification—such as visas, permits, health certificates, etc.—at all times. If there is any doubt regarding these matters, we recommend contacting the appropriate consulate.
IMPORTANT
Our Company is not liable for illnesses or physical and/or mental conditions that may endanger the health or safety of the passenger or third parties during the booked tour, or that limit or prevent the provision of our tourism services.
Therefore, the Company will NOT honor claims or provide refunds based on the aforementioned conditions, including cases where no issues would manifest under normal circumstances.
We request to be informed of any such limitations prior to booking our services so that we may recommend specific services that accommodate these conditions.
LEGAL FRAMEWORK
Both parties agree that this contract is governed by Peruvian law.
