ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVE AT YOUR HOTEL IN LIMA FOLLOWING YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT TO PERU!
Upon your arrival in Lima, please look for your PEVITOURS host, who will be holding a sign displaying your name. We understand that after a long flight, you may feel fatigued, so we aim to alleviate the stress of navigation by transporting you directly to your hotel.
DAY 2: CITY TOURS IN THE CITY OF LIMA-PARACAS.
In the afternoon, departure for a tour of the city of Lima, where you will visit the Miraflores area. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the charming Parque del Amor and the iconic sculpture "The Kiss", which offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
Next, we will take a panoramic tour of the Huaca Pucllana, a fascinating pre-Inca archaeological site. We will also visit the exclusive Bosque El Olivar in San Isidro, a natural oasis in the middle of the city.
Next, we will explore the Historic Center of Lima, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Stops include Plaza San Martín, surrounded by colonial architecture; Jirón de la Unión, a pedestrian street full of history; La Merced Church, example of the Lima baroque; and the Plaza Mayor, home of the Lima Cathedral and the Government Palace.
The tour will end at the Monastery of San Francisco, famous for its catacombs and historical library. Then return to the hotel.
In the afternoon you will be transferred to the bus station for departure to Paracas.

DAY 3: PARACAS BUS BALLESTAS ISLAND - NASCA.
07:30 a.m. Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the Paracas pier, where you will begin the boat trip to the Ballestas Islands. During this two-hour trip, you will have the opportunity to observe the Candelabro figure, an imposing figure engraved in the desert of the Paracas Peninsula. Then, we will continue towards the islands, where you can enjoy the rich fauna of this beautiful place, which includes various birds such as pelicans and cormorants, as well as numerous sea lions and Humboldt penguins.
10:00 a.m. Return and free time.
11:00 a.m. Transfer to the bus station for departure to the city of Nasca, where we will spend the night.
Upon arrival in Nazca, you will be transferred to your selected hotel. It is recommended to have dinner at the hotel.
DAY 4: OVERFLIGHT OF THE NASCA LINES -BUS TO AREQUIPA CITY.
Early in the morning, after enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will head to the Nasca airfield to board a small plane that will allow us to fly over the enigmatic Nazca Lines. The flight, which will last approximately 30 minutes, will depart from Nasca towards the figures, where 12 notable designs can be observed, including: The Astronaut (135 meters), the Hummingbird (97 meters), the Monkey (110 meters) and the Condor (135 meters), among others.
- Flights operate from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Pampas de Jumana. Schedules may be modified due to weather conditions.
- You will fly in modern Cessna 207A aircraft, piloted by professionals experienced in the area and climate.
- All flights comply with rigorous safety standards, in accordance with the country's Aeronautical Regulations.
- Before taking off, our pilot will provide recommendations to capture the best photographs and fully enjoy the flight.
In the afternoon, we will begin our journey towards the city of Arequipa, which will take approximately eight and a half hours, crossing deserts and coastal valleys.

DAY 5: AREQUIPA SIGHTSEEING TOURS & SANTA CATALINA CONVENT.
In the afternoon, embark on an immersive city tour to explore the enchanting "White City" of Arequipa and the serene Santa Catalina Convent. Your journey begins in Arequipa's historic center, where colonial churches, plazas, and buildings constructed from white sillar stone create a breathtaking urban landscape, framed by the majestic Misti Volcano. As you stroll through the vibrant streets, you will fully absorb the city's lively atmosphere and rich colonial heritage.
The tour's highlight is the Santa Catalina Convent, a vast religious complex that resembles a city within a city. With its vividly painted walls, charming pathways, and tranquil courtyards, the convent provides a unique glimpse into the secluded lives of the nuns who have resided there since the 16th century. Explore the peaceful cloisters, picturesque gardens, and richly adorned chapels, and appreciate the distinctive blend of Spanish and indigenous architectural styles. After the tour, you will return to your hotel, night free for your own activities.
DAY 6: EXCURSION TO COLCA - OVERNIGHT CHIVAY.
In the morning, after a hearty breakfast, you'll begin your journey to Colca Canyon, a stunning natural wonder in Peru. Your first stop is Pampas Cañahuas, where you can see vicuñas grazing in their habitat amid the breathtaking Andean landscapes.
Next, you’ll visit the Mirador of the Andes for panoramic views and great photo opportunities. Continue to the Chucura crater to learn about the region’s unique volcanic formations. At the Mirador of Chivay, appreciate the ancient pre-Inca terraces showcasing advanced agricultural practices.
Arriving in Chivay around 13:00, you'll check into your hotel and enjoy a box lunch tailored for high altitude. In the afternoon, explore the area or relax in the famous thermal baths, known for their therapeutic benefits.
As evening falls, gather for a local dinner at 20:00, sharing stories and reflecting on the day's adventures before your journey into the beautiful Colca Canyon.
DAY 7: CRUZ DEL CONDOR EXCURSION - DEPARTURE TO THE CITY OF PUNO.
After enjoying a delicious early breakfast, we begin our journey to the Cruz del Cóndor, a privileged viewpoint that offers a spectacular view of the Colca Canyon, known for being one of the deepest canyons in the world. Upon arrival, you will be amazed to see the majestic Andean condors soaring through the skies, spreading their enormous wings as they rise in search of thermal currents. This moment is truly magical, with the stunning canyon landscape as a backdrop, creating an unforgettable experience.
After this impressive visual experience, we will head to enjoy a typical lunch of the area, where you can taste local dishes that reflect the rich gastronomy of the region. After replenishing our energy, we will begin our trip to the city of Puno, where you can rest and acclimatize to the altitude, preparing for the next adventures that await you.

DAY 8: LAKE TITICACA EXCURSION UROS AND TAQUILE.
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will take a full-day motorboat excursion on the waters of Lake Titicaca, heading to the unique Floating Islands of the Uros, ancient inhabitants of the lake, known as the Water Tribe. These Andean natives have built their own islands, periodically adding new layers of totora, a unique plant, as well as their houses and boats.
The motorboat ride will then continue to Taquile Island, inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives who have developed efficient and original social systems as well as a refined hand-weaving technique passed down through generations. After enjoying lunch at a local Taquile inn, you will take a walk through the various hills and archaeological sites of this 6km-long island. In the afternoon, you will return and transfer to your selected hotel, leaving the night free to enjoy.
DAY 9: PUNO CUSCO BY TOURIST BUS ROUTE OF THE SUN.
07:00 After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel to embark towards the city of Cusco along the "Route of the Sun", a journey that offers breathtaking views of the Andean landscape and Peru's rich cultural heritage. This full-day bus tour includes five key stops at historical and cultural sites:
- Pucará: The first stop is at the Pucará Museum, where you can explore the artifacts and history of the pre-Incan civilization, as well as admire the famous Pukará bulls.
- La Raya: At the highest point of the journey, you can enjoy stunning views of the Andes, capturing the natural beauty of the region.
- Sicuani: We will pause for lunch in Sicuani, providing a moment to relax and sample the local cuisine in a charming Andean village.
- Raqchi: We will visit the impressive Temple of Wiracocha, an important archaeological site that reflects the architectural splendor of the Inca Empire.
- Andahuaylillas: We will end the tour stops with a visit to the Church of San Pedro in Andahuaylillas, known as the "Sistine Chapel of the Americas" for its exquisite interior artwork.
The journey will conclude in Cusco, the historic heart of the Inca Empire, setting the stage for your next adventure. Along the way, you will enjoy guided commentary and comfortable onboard amenities, making your experience unforgettable.
DAY 10: CITY TOURS IN CUSCO CITY + 4 INCA RUINS.
Free morning. At 12:30, You will be picked up at the hotel to embark on a guided tour of the historic city of Cusco, where we will explore the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun.
Afterwards, we will leave the city to visit the Inca sites of Qenqo, Tambomachay, Puca Pucará and the imposing fortress of Sacsayhuamán.
- Qenqo: This archaeological site features fascinating carved rock formations and underground canals, believed to have been used by the Incas for ceremonial and religious purposes.
- Tambomachay: Known as the "Baths of the Inca," Tambomachay is home to water fountains that were used for rituals and purification. Its architecture and hydraulic engineering are worthy of admiration.
- Puca Pucará: This ancient military fortress guards the access to Cusco and is characterized by its reddish stones.
- Sacsayhuamán: This impressive fortress stands out for its enormous, precisely carved stones that make up its walls. It also offers panoramic views of Cusco.
At the end of the visit, we will return to the city of Cusco.

DAY 11: EXCURSION TO THE SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS-NIGHT IN MACHUPICCHU TOWN.
After breakfast at 07:45, pick up from the hotel to depart for the excursion to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas”, which includes a series of picturesque villages, agricultural terraces and archaeological sites. We will have the opportunity to haggle with the vendors and explore the typical indigenous market of Pisac, where a Catholic mass will be celebrated on Sunday in Quechua, the native language.
Lunch will take place at a local restaurant in the Sacred Valley.
In the afternoon, we will pass through the villages of Calca and Urubamba until we reach the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to protect the entrance to this part of the valley from possible enemies from the lowland forests. This impressive structure consists of a series of superimposed terraces of carved stones, accessible via long stairs. We will have the opportunity to walk through the charming streets of the nearby town, which was a religious and agricultural center during the Inca Empire, and thus better understand the military strategy against possible invasions.
On our way back to Cusco, we will visit the picturesque Andean town of Chinchero, where the remains of the royal estate of Tupac Inca Yupanqui are located. There, we will be able to admire the well-preserved Inca Wall in the Main Plaza and visit the beautiful colonial temple built on Inca foundations, which features interesting frescoes in the portico.
At the end of the excursion, transfer to the train station, departure to Machupicchu town, Aguas Calientes.
DAY 12: MACHUPICCHU TOURS THE LOST CITY OF THE INCAS-CUSCO.
The day begins early in the morning, when we gather to transfer to the bus station. The excitement is palpable as we head towards the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, a place that arouses the curiosity of many travelers and adventurers. The bus ride to the lost city of the Incas we prepare for a 30-minute bus ride that will take us along a winding 6-kilometer road, surrounded by lush nature.
Finally, we arrive at Machu Picchu, where the majesty of the Inca Citadel welcomes us. We will participate in a guided tour to explore this archaeological site that is a World Heritage Site. The guide will take us to see the Main Plaza, a central space that reflects the grandeur of Inca architecture. Then, we will head to the Circular Tower, a place full of mystery and astronomical significance.
We cannot miss visiting the Sacred Intiwatana, a ritual stone believed to have been used for agriculture and astronomical observation. We will continue our tour to the Royal Quarters, where nobles and dignitaries stayed, and marvel at the Temple of the Three Windows, which offers breathtaking views and exceptional architectural design. We will also explore several cemeteries that tell us stories about the funerary practices of the Incas.
In the afternoon, transfer to the train station and return to the city of Cusco.

DAY 13: FLIGHT FROM CUSCO TO LIMA CONNECTION TO TRUJILLO.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Lima. Arrival in Lima and connection to Trujillo.

DAY 14: TEMPLE OF DE SUN AND THE MOON, CHAN CHAN, HUANCHACO.
At 10:30 a.m., we will begin our tour from Trujillo to the "Huacas del Sol y la Luna," an emblematic site located to the south in the traditional Moche countryside. During this excursion, we will have the opportunity to admire the largest and most impressive buildings of the Moche civilization, where we will observe fascinating polychrome murals depicting ancient deities. At the end of our visit to these huacas, we will stop to enjoy a panoramic view of the majestic Temple of the Sun, as well as take a photo opportunity at the erotic huacos, which are symbols of fertility.
At 01:00 p.m., we'll stop for lunch in the city of Trujillo, although it's important to mention that lunch is not included in the tour.
At 02:30 p.m., we will continue our tour north to visit the fascinating archaeological site of the ancient "City of Chan Chan," now known as Nikan Palace. To conclude our day, we will stop at the historic Huanchaco Beach, where we can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery.
Finally,
at 6:00 p.m. We will return to Trujillo and transfer to the selected hotel.
DAY 15: EL BRUJO ARCHAEOLOGICAL COMPLEX - THE LADY OF CAO.
At 10:20 a.m., our exciting adventure begins with a departure from Trujillo to the impressive El Brujo archaeological complex. This site, home to Huaca Cao, is considered the most important ceremonial center in the Chicama Valley. During the visit, we'll explore the stunning polychrome murals that adorn this place and delve into the history of Our Lady of Cao, a prominent figure of the Moche civilization, whose tomb was discovered in this same complex. We also can't miss the Cao Museum, where we'll have the opportunity to learn more about the magnificence and legacy of this ancient civilization.
Around 3:00 p.m. we will return to Trujillo, concluding our tour of this beautiful city.
At 6:30 p.m., passengers will be transferred to the bus station and board the Emtrafesa bus in Trujillo. This trip lasts approximately four hours, offering a comfortable and pleasant journey.
Finally,
At 10:30 p.m., we will arrive at the bus terminal in Chiclayo, where our guide will be waiting to offer a warm welcome. The evening will be calm and restful in Chiclayo, preparing us for the adventures that await us in the coming days.
DAY 16: SIPAN TOURS - ROYAL TOMBS MUSEUM
10:50 a.m. We will begin our day with hotel pickup and embark on a fascinating journey to the northern part of the country, specifically to the province of Lambayeque. During our tour, we will visit the Bruning Museum, a site of great cultural significance that houses valuable collections of art and jewelry from the Lambayeque culture, as well as from other civilizations that also flourished in this region. This museum is known for its historical richness and for offering visitors a deep dive into the legacy of ancient cultures. After this enriching visit, we will head to the Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum, which is closed on Mondays. This impressive space is famous for displaying the magnificent gold and silver jewelry found in the tomb of the Lord of Sipán, an emblematic figure of pre-Incan history.
12:00 p.m. We will take a break to enjoy lunch in Lambayeque. Please note that the cost of lunch is not included in the package.
02:00 p.m. After lunch, we will begin our journey southeast, heading toward Sipán-Huaca Rajada. This is the site where the tomb of the Lord of Sipán was discovered, and we will stop to visit the archaeological excavation area, where you can see the remains of a civilization rich in history and traditions.
06:00 p.m. Finally, we'll arrive in Chiclayo, where we'll transfer to the selected hotel, concluding a day filled with discoveries and learning about the Lambayeque culture and its historical legacy.
DAY 17: SICAN TOURS - TUCUME PYRAMIDS
10:10 a.m. Pick up from the hotel and departure to Ferreñafe, where we will have the opportunity to visit the fascinating Sicán National Museum. This museum houses an impressive collection of archaeological finds from the Huaca El Loro, located in the Historical Sanctuary of the Pómac Forest. These finds are representative of the Sicán culture, especially highlighting the tomb of a man buried in an inverted position, adorned with valuable gold, silver and tumbaga jewelry.
01:00 p.m. Next, we will visit the majestic Pyramids of Tucume. This archaeological site, known for being one of the largest in South America, will offer us the opportunity to take a walk that will allow us to explore and appreciate the magnitude of these impressive structures. We will also be able to observe the rich fauna and flora of the area while enjoying bird watching.
Afterwards, we will stop for lunch in Lambayeque; however, it is important to note that lunch is not included in the itinerary.
05:00 p.m. Finally, we will arrive in Chiclayo, where we will proceed to transfer to the hotel selected for our stay.
DAY 18: FLIGHT CHICLAYO LIMA INTERNATIONAL CONNECTION.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Lima. Arrival in Lima and international connection.
